Management is always very polite and helpful. My only complaint is that I was given wrong information on the government program. I would of stated an additional month if I would of known. Other than that, management is great.

I spoke with Natalie recently and she was patient and courteous with me. With so much that is going on in our lives right now speaking with someone who is there to listen it makes life less stressful. Thank you Natalie!

The new management has been friendly and has added some lovely staff and updates to the community. Maintenance requests are always prompt and non-intrusive. If you need help on the admin side of things, Leann is an awesome member of the leasing team! She's always knowledgeable and kind!! We appreciate you!

Never dealt with any property management company that was as professional and proactive as this place back in September I Was in search for a 3 bed apartment they didn’t have one available But said they would contact me once one was, Natalie has done above and beyond that she contacted more than a month in advance which gave me more than enough time to process my voucher. I’ve been living here for a little over a year & during COVID the management and staff has been so helpful. I woke up this morning to pay rent already stressing about how I was going to manage with my bills this month when I noticed on domuso that I was credited money towards rent. I thought maybe there was something wrong so I went ahead and paid the amount that it said I needed to pay for this month & called the leasing office just to be sure, because mistakes happen. I spoke to Natalie in the leasing office & she confirmed that they in fact did credit a good chunk of my rent to help me out during this time.. Thank you for taking care of your residents when they need it the most. I can honestly say that I was very relieved!
