I been here since August 2020 and I must say I love it here . The apartments are spacious inside well worth the price . Everyone in the Management office are pretty nice . Maintenance come quick when there’s an issue. Only problem I have is the garbage areas be a tab bit a messy . Homeless people sometimes roam the property and residents do not pick up after their dogs it’s nasty . Overall it’s a decent complex!!

I’ve been living here for a little over a year & during COVID the management and staff has been so helpful. I woke up this morning to pay rent already stressing about how I was going to manage with my bills this month when I noticed on domuso that I was credited money towards rent. I thought maybe there was something wrong so I went ahead and paid the amount that it said I needed to pay for this month & called the leasing office just to be sure, because mistakes happen. I spoke to Natalie in the leasing office & she confirmed that they in fact did credit a good chunk of my rent to help me out during this time.. Thank you for taking care of your residents when they need it the most. I can honestly say that I was very relieved!

I applied Monday and I’m already approved as of wenesday .. I worked with Leann Williams she was absolutely wonderful Always stayed in contact and walked me through every step... I’m so excited ? okay update on review Janet the manager there is a cold hearted person and she lied I was suppose to move in unit 87 My money order had came up missing do to I’m in a leave house program looking for my own place.. I paid a deposit with a money order.. And someone stole it.. so when my payment said insufficient I paid with my debit card the 150 and the 35 returned check.. Then called The Apts where I received Janet who told me she was canceling my account because Dosumo said something about my money order so I called Dosumo myself and they told me it was because my name and I didn’t sign it They told me try to find it sign it then turn it in but Janet said my money order was not legit which is not correct.. The women has no heart and if I never said anything she wouldn’t have even know....

Staff are not always available but when they are, they are helpful and friendly. Apartments are well kept and orderly. Gates seem to be frequently breaking down, but they do fix them quickly. Lived here for 8 months, no serious issues to report. Before signing lease agreement, go into the bathroom with the laundry machines, open the doors to the laundry machines, and ask yourself if you dont mind living with that for at least a year (they open in opposite directions which is annoying and inconvenient)

Love the Creek at 2645. I've read bad reviews but they were all from a while ago. I moved in in August of 2017 and it was when I learned that all apartments were being updated. I have a two bedroom two bathroom large version and I am SO happy with it. They have security guards at night and on site maintenance. All of who are very friendly. No bugs in my apartment or any of those crazy nightmares that people have previously posted. Also a huge shout out to the lovely ladies up front, they are all so professional and great at what they do. I really love Alexis shes such a sweetheart :). Keep up the the great work guys!!!

Based off of the reviews I was hesitant in applying to this complex. I would scroll through them and noticed that a lot of the complaints were from people who couldn't get their way. I used my better judgement and decided to live here anyway with my wife. I don't know why there are complaints against the staff here, they had been nothing but patient and respectful; they are very professional. Tiffany, a staff member here, helped us along the way and I am grateful for the time that she invested in us. She had answers to every question that I had and I felt confident in her knowledge. This complex has maintenance on site, a groundskeeper who makes the complex look great and I feel comfortable living here. I would recommend this property others.

Overall pleasant experience. The living space is fantastic! We are in a 1-bedroom on second floor and there's high ceilings. Very open space, plenty of square footage and storage space. Nice balcony. The area itself is nice, lots of store and banks around. The other tenants can be a little shady times, but everyone minds there own business. Can't complain, very happy to call it a home!

Well, I am in search of a place by February, I looked at an upgraded model today. I'll give it 4 stars based on the model I seen today. I was actually impressed and I put this place as my 1st choice to consider. But after reading all the horrible reviews, I think I should consider this as a warning and stay clear of this property. I cannot deal with roaches, break ins, and drug activity, and uncaring staff. Not the kind of environment I'd like for my small kids to be around.
