I just moved in with my roommates, that have been here the year prior, and Elisa has made the entire process so smooth and easy. I had a small hiccup with my application and she was quick to check the system and see what needed to be done. Went out of her way to make sure I received the confirmation email as well. Always a ray of sunshine and ready to get work done. Our Garbage disposal went out and after we hadn't seen the maintenance worker she was quick to call him and reassured us he'd be there to inspect and repair. I appreciate the positive attitude and understanding, but even more the readiness to put in the work and aid us through the processes.
