APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Sacramento

Based off of the reviews I was hesitant in applying to this complex. I would scroll through them and noticed that a lot of the complaints were from people who couldn't get their way. I used my better judgement and decided to live here anyway with my wife. I don't know why there are complaints against the staff here, they had been nothing but patient and respectful; they are very professional. Tiffany, a staff member here, helped us along the way and I am grateful for the time that she invested in us. She had answers to every question that I had and I felt confident in her knowledge. This complex has maintenance on site, a groundskeeper who makes the complex look great and I feel comfortable living here. I would recommend this property others.

The complex is nice and the apartments are big and well maintained. Love it so far. Tiffany was always very attentive and professional with us, always helpful and friendly as well. This is a nice area with a lot of options around, banks, grocery stores, pharmacy and much more.

I have been living here for four years. This place has gotten a lot better since I’ve been living here. Yes the rent has gone up since they are renovating but it is very competitive based on the market today. I would recommend this to anybody. Russ

Overall pleasant experience. The living space is fantastic! We are in a 1-bedroom on second floor and there's high ceilings. Very open space, plenty of square footage and storage space. Nice balcony. The area itself is nice, lots of store and banks around. The other tenants can be a little shady times, but everyone minds there own business. Can't complain, very happy to call it a home!

Ok everyone, i wrote a review because my car was towed. This is to correct my post. The manage and her entire staff was talked to by me inappropriately once the car was towed. I didn't give them chance to research the situation or to correct it. I was wrong. I am saying it the public. When i calmed down. They spoke. They were pleasent, kind and totally, totally professional. The manager and the staff had patients of JOB in the bible. I dont think i would have able to speak and maintain my demeanor. She did. She and her staff has made such a difference in the complex. People please take my word. They are getting my car back. THIS IS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST. You must visit and see what she has done. The staff is truly amazing. They are fair. Thanks you CREEK apartments. Thanks and blessings. Please stop and the NEW CREEK APARTMENTS. Well, I am in search of a place by February, I looked at an upgraded model today. I'll give it 4 stars based on the model I seen today. I was actually impressed and I put this place as my 1st choice to consider. But after reading all the horrible reviews, I think I should consider this as a warning and stay clear of this property. I cannot deal with roaches, break ins, and drug activity, and uncaring staff. Not the kind of environment I'd like for my small kids to be around.
